No. 00512) Organization in August 2005 with Kitgum District Local Government (KDLG). In April 2007, it also registered (Reg. No. CDR 1039) with Gulu District Local Government (GDLG) and finally registered (Reg. No. 132) with Pader District Local Government (PDLG) in August 2007.
